Incident Manager Overview
This position is to support the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System. This position has direct contact with the Federal Government including Fiscal Service, IRS, and the Treasury. This position is to back-up the Director of Incident Management for the program. This includes concise written and verbal communications, Supporting Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery. Client communications are critical to this position and must be able to work independently. This position works in a program wide Incident Manager capacity where written communications are sent directly to the client (partnering bank and the Federal Government). The hours of work must be onsite and would work 12.5 hour shifts working from 8\:00p - 8\:30a Wednesday - Saturday which alternate weeks. The following week would be from 8\:00p - 8\:30a Thursday - Saturday. Being EFTPS, this person must be able to pass a C2 Security clearance.
Scope of Job
Supports complex business incidents. Manages many levels during an incident call including Manager, Director, and VP. They are the executive commander during a call.
