Join Fiserv’s FirstSense Fraud Intelligence team to work with a highly collaborative team on a cutting-edge service that uses advanced analytics, dark web monitoring and financial transaction research to mitigate fraud. Our team needs a strong cyber intelligence analyst to contribute to the research, intelligence gathering, and reporting we produce for our customers.

  
Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary research on the dark web to track fraud and data breach activity

  • Use software tools and open-source security tools, such as network mapping tools, to research dark web sites, perform link analysis, and identify new intelligence sources

  • Make evidence-based hypotheses or predictions about cyber criminals’ activity, fraud schemes, and high value targets

  • Create intelligence reports designed for internal and external audiences

  • Act as an integral part of a team ingesting new and existing sources of intelligence and examining them in the context of purchase transaction data

  • Research and provide recommendations concerning new tools and techniques to support primary dark web research and intelligence analysis

  • Exploit current accesses and develop new accesses to intelligence sources 

  • Coordinate ad-hoc client-facing consulting investigations, working with clients to scope and deliver analysis of fraud schemes and compromise events

  • Keep abreast of emerging cyber threats, tactics, tools, and threat actor groups

  • Present research findings and evangelize about Fiserv’s security and intelligence capabilities at industry conferences and client-facing events
